Soluble cutting oil, due to the special characteristics that it finds after the formation of emulsion with water, is used in automobile manufacturing, aircraft manufacturing, machine parts manufacturing, pipe and profile, wire and cable, metal cutting, machining and metalworking industries, drilling, crystal and Glass, and many other industries are widely used. Cooling of tools and workpieces during cutting
Lubrication of the contact area of the tool with the part
Detergent suitable for washing chips left in the cutting area
The corrosion inhibition property of the emulsion due to the presence of water in contact with the workpiece, tool and device

Usually, the existing products, due to the need to maintain the mentioned features, use additives that together create the desired features of the emulsion. Some of these additives, along with desirable features, contain harmful substances such as heavy metals (containing zinc), toxic substances for the environment and humans (formaldehyde compounds, secondary amines, phosphorus-containing compounds, phenolic compounds), substances with high durability in environment (silicone compounds and polymer compounds).
